Processing Time
Every Wilder & Wilt piece is handmade to order. This means your planter doesn't exist until you order it — it's created specifically for you.
Current processing time: 2-3 weeks
Processing time may increase during busy seasons. Check the product page for current estimates.
You'll receive an email when your piece is ready to ship, along with tracking information.

International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packaging
Your piece will arrive wrapped in protective materials and housed in a custom box. We use:
- Recycled paper and cardboard
- Biodegradable packing peanuts
- Soy-based inks for printing
- Hand-lettered care scroll on vintage-style parchment
- A small gift: hand-poured sample candle or dried botanical
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of each piece, all sales are final. Each planter is unique and cannot be resold.
Damaged Items
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. I'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.
Wrong Item
If you receive the wrong item, contact me immediately. I'll arrange for the correct piece to be sent at no additional cost.

Common Questions
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact me within 24 hours and I'll do my best to accommodate changes. After that, your piece may already be in progress.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Our standard packaging is already gift-worthy, but I can add a handwritten note card at no extra charge. Just leave a note at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive tracking information via email once your piece ships.
What if I'm not home when it's delivered?
Packages are shipped with signature confirmation for orders over $75. The carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery, or you can pick up from your local post office.
